In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if a project is terminated midway due to unavoidable reasons. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and costs already incurred.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of project cancellation or issue detection. Requests received beyond this period may not be eligible for consideration.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue through our support team will be considered a breach of contract and may lead to service suspension or legal action under applicable commercial laws.
For international transactions, refund and cancellation policies comply with global e-commerce standards. Currency conversion fees, international transaction charges, and delays due to banking processes are not the responsibility of Codenosys.
Codenosys shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivering services due to events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
